So sorry to hear of Lorna's passing!! She was quite the lady and I always enjoyed talking to her. Prayers and hugs. DewAnn and Joe Sanchez
Lorna was a wonderful friend of our family, a great neighbor and a classmate of my Dad's (Jim Pease). I have so many memories of Lorna and Harry and all the times that our families spent at one house or the other. The card games did seem to go on all night and it was a good thing that there was only a mile of country roads to find our way home. I have heard so many stories about Lorna and Harry and Jim and Agnes and they all make me laugh or cry!! Our thoughts and prayers are with Joel and Eric and their families at this time.
Connie and Mike Luppes, Hayden, Colorado.
All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Lorna was a friend and we enjoyed golfing together for many years. Karen and Keith
Some of my fondest childhood memories are of Lorna:
her nose covered in zinc oxide while she drove the tractor;
her hunting hat;
and her scent, Golden Touch Lotion.
I'm not sure if she used that particular lotion in her later years, but I can still smell it today, and it brings a smile. Even if I didn't get to see her very often in the last 20 years, I will miss her dearly.
Donna Clippinger Ferrier (niece)

Lorna was a true Pioneer. She was a simple woman a beautiful woman. She loved to play cards and had a twinkle in her eye when she beat you! Harry & Lorna Sage were names that were admired and respected. We sure do miss you. Randi & Mike Allgood ♡♡♡
Lorna was a great family friend to my parents John and Harriette Weirick. As a friend of her son Eric, I remember many weekends spent helping on the farm, or boating at the gravel pit, or Saturday evenings at one house or another. Lorna would serve chocolate chip cookie bars. When we were bailing hay, Lorna would bring lunch to us in the form of Iced tea, bologna and miracle whip sandwiches, and cookie bars.
Lorna graduated with Mom from Colfax highschool, and played guard on the championship basketball teams that went to state in 1944 and 1945.
She, and Harry, will be missed by all of us.
Jim Weirick, Rochester, Minnesota.
Sad to hear this. Have lots of memories of Lorna from the Ladies Social Club. Her sense of humor, her chocolate pie and her ability to put up with a little boy who liked her cowboy boots. RIP Lorna!!!!
