Charlotte Ann Beeler, age 74 of Colfax, died peacefully on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at her home surrounded by many family members and friends. There will be a celebration of life at the Howard Street Christian Church on April 29, 2023 from 1-3 pm. Memorials may be designated to the Charlotte Beeler family and checks made out to Andrea Beeler.

The daughter of Andres (Andy) and Margaret Tone, Charlotte was born on October 24, 1948, in Grinnell, Iowa. She graduated from Grinnell High School in 1966. On August 23, 1968, she was united in marriage to William (Bill) Beeler in Unionville, Missouri. When Charlotte graduated from high school, she started working at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance and Look magazine. When they moved to Colfax, she started selling Aloe Vera Products until the early 1980's and then started doing private home health care until October of 2021 when she got sick. She loved gardening, planting flowers and camping at Adventureland on the fourth of July and 53 years at the Iowa State Fair. She enjoyed cooking and baking with the grandkids and great grandkids. She also loved going and watching them in various sporting events and other activities. Her greatest joy came from the time she spent with family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an active member of the Colfax United Methodist Church and made homemade pies every year for the harvest supper.

Those left to honor her memory include her siblings, Barbara (Frank) Orr and Chuck Tone; her children, Rob Beeler, Rodney (Michelle Lewis) Beeler, Andrea (Randy Temple) Beeler; step sons, Brent (Nicole) Bailey and Roger (Angela) Beeler; her grandchildren, Andy (Lauren) Beeler, Christina (Antonio) Villegas, Ben Beeler, Josh (Andrea) Beeler, Chelsey Temple, Conner Temple, Shea Bailey, Zachary Bailey, Kristin Beeler and Kyle Beeler; many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, Andy & Margaret Tone, her husband, Bill, brother-in-law, Terry Beeler, sister-in-law, Suzi Tone, step brother and sister-in-law, Roger & Linda Close.
