Terry L. "Lewie" Lewis, age 58 of Monroe, passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017, at Pella Regional Health Center. The family will greet friends on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at the Colfax Historical Building. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate Lewie's life. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family. Condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com The son of Richard W. and Patsy (Earles) Lewis, Lewie was born on November 1, 1958, in Newton. He graduated from Colfax High School in 1977. On October 15, 1978, he was united in marriage to Deana DeReus in Colfax. Lewie worked at Pella Corp for 39 years. He enjoyed camping and spending time with friends. His greatest joy was being with his grandchildren. Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Deana; two children, Jason (Hayley Perrin) Lewis and Lindsay (Travis) Landwehr; three grandchildren, Charlotte, Victoria and Henry; two sisters, Lori (Mike) Williams and Darlene (David) Berkenbosch and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding him in death were his parents, aunts and uncles.
